As CIO, Fletcher’s efforts have focused on optimizing IT services by eliminating redundancies, enhancing accountability for IT resources, and implementing effective performance management strategies. Before taking his current position, Fletcher worked at the U.S. Department of Education as deputy assistant secretary for management and later as the CIO/CTO. His career has focused on applying technical solutions to business problems and he has held senior executive positions at several companies directing daily operations.
