Bio
Fralick retired from the U.S. Department of Justice as CIO for the Office of Justice Programs. During his 13 years of service at DOJ, he held senior executive IT management positions in the Antitrust Division, the FBI and the Justice Management Division. He also served at the Department of Health and Human Services as Director of the Office of Information Services and Deputy CIO at the Administration for Children and Families.
During his tenure as a federal employee, Fralick was instrumental in developing the Antitrust Caseload and Evaluation System (ACES) for the Antitrust Division, and was awarded the Attorney General’s Special Commendation Award for his work on the Interpol Case Tracking System at the Justice Management Division. He also played a key management role in creating the DOJ-wide ITSS Services Contract, a contract procurement vehicle still in use today.
