Bio
Young has more than 20 years of IT experience in the public sector. He spent much of his career with the Missouri Department of Conservation, where beginning in 2003 he served as IT Services Chief. In that role, he worked to modernize the technology infrastructure of government, focusing on e-government initiatives, unified communications and the use of social networking by government to connect with constituents. As CIO, he continues his focus on using technology to enhance productivity and improve the ability of citizens to interact with their government.
