Prior to his appointment as CIO, Sills was founder and presdent of i9Direct, a provider of Web-based employment eligibility verification tools for businesses. Before that, Sills spent five years as an executive vice president at MBNA (now Bank of America), where he served as director of corporate technology solutions, overseeing implementation, global service delivery and communications for all technology-related projects for the $80 billion U.S. card division.
