Bio
As CTO, Bailey chairs the Arkansas State Technology Council and serves on the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) board of directors.
She also serves on the Cyber Infrastructure Task Force, the Connect Arkansas and Arkansas Geographic Information Systems boards, and the Arkansas Homeland Security Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Arkansas chapter of InfraGard, an organization sponsored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to support the exchange of information. Ms. Bailey plays an active role on the Arkansas Wireless Information Network (AWIN) Steering Committee and holds advisory roles on key councils for education and telemedicine.
Bailey has worked for Arkansas state government since 1991. Before that, she worked as a systems analyst at Texas Instruments and senior systems analyst at J.B. Hunt Transport.
